Old School vs New School: Take the "vs" out.

Rap music is the only genre of music that has pioneers of the art STILL ALIVE and new rappers hardly pay any homage to them.  Let's understand that RAP MUSIC BELONGS TO THE YOUTH!!!  That doesn't mean that "Old Heads" don't have a very important role in it's future.  We live in a time where people are trying to erase or rewrite history.  By the time your grandkids are grown they may think that Eminem created rap lol.  We need to narrow the divide between YNs and Old Heads.  Older fans of rap MUST allow the younger generation to be able to express themselves in their way.  When I was young I couldn't play music from 2 Live Crew or NWA in front of my parents, but I jammed the shit out of it when I was in my car.  Our children don't want to follow our path, they want to create their own.  To the younger generation: You won't ever really know where you're going if you don't know where you came from.  Let's take advantage of the wisdom of the old and the energy of the youth.
