Born and raised in Houston TX, Unc considers himself a "student of rap" who has loved rap music since the beginning.  Even though some believe his days as a lyricist are behind him...he definitely does not.  As a matter of fact, he created the brand Mature Rap to encourage other older rappers to continue pursuing their love of hip-hop.  We all have a story to tell.  When we grow older in age we should pass knowledge and wisdom down to the youth.  Rap music is still just a infant and Mature Rap is the next stage of hip-hop.
